  - [ ] Driver's license or ID copy (for identity verification)

## STEP 2: FILL IN YOUR DETAILS

**Expected Response:**

They will likely say:
- "Yes, submit written approval request" OR
- "Send us the details and we'll assess"

**What to Do:**

- Write down the name of the person who helps you
- Ask for email address to submit application
- Ask for expected turnaround time (typically 10-15 business days)
- Confirm if they need all documents upfront or can start with the application

## STEP 4: SUBMIT SRO APPLICATION

**Mail or Email Option:**

**Option A - Email (Faster):**
- Send to: [Get email from SRO when you call]
- Subject: "Victorian Homebuyer Fund - Rental Approval Request - 69 Carr Street"
- Attach: SRO_Approval_Application_Complete.md + Schedule A + Schedule B + Schedule D + property photos

**Option B - Mail:**

## STEP 5: FOLLOW UP

**If no response after 15 business days:**
